At the end of August, Thanh and I spent a day in Amsterdam. The reason or excuse was visiting the ‘Cool Japan‘ exhibition at the Tropenmuseum. During our walk through the streets of Amsterdam, we stumbled upon De Hallen Amsterdam.
As reported by Wiener Zeitung, ÖBB (Austrian Federal Railways) expects to start a Nightjet service between Vienna and Brussels in January 2020 and another to Amsterdam in 2021.

Thalys, the high speed train company, offers a lounge in a selected number of train stations. Gaining access to one of their lounges is actually fairly easy. I got to check out the lounge at Brussels South/Midi station.
If you want to travel from Brussels in Belgium to Amsterdam in The Netherlands by train you can choose the Thalys or the Eurostar. But you need to reserve a seat. You don’t on the intercity train called the Benelux.
The French ministry of Ecological Transition and Solidarity has granted Eurostar France SAS a license to operate trains on its rail network.
