Gustaph, né Stef Caers (42), will represent Belgium in Liverpool in England for the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest. Gustaph and his song ‘Because of You‘ won the finale of Eurosong, which is Flanders‘ selection contest for the ESC. City happy with Winter in Antwerp 2022-2023 edition
