Green light for ‘Green Speed’ Eurostar and Thalys merger
The European Commission has approved the merger between Thalys and Eurostar, the Commission announced on Tuesday. The Thalys brand wil disappear, but the future ex-Thalys EMUs will remain ruby red. This project is called Green Speed.
Trollenbos in De Schorre in Boom
Looking for a nice place for a short hike, Oriol suggested back in August 2021 the Trollenbos or Troll Forest at De Schorre in Boom in the Province of Antwerp. De Schorre is the location for Tomorrowland.

ANTWERP | Goshka Macuga’s ‘Figures of Absence’ honours underrepresented women in public domain art
In 2021, artist Goshka Macuga from Poland was commissioned by Kunst in de Stad (Art in the City) to create a new work for the annual ‘Public Figure‘ presentation series. The City of Antwerp has now bought the artwork. It has received a place in the Stadspark (City Park).

Dutch company GreenCityTrip already organised charter night train voyages to Venice, Prague, Milan, Vienna, Verona and Innsbruck. It now adds Copenhagen in Denmark; Gothenburg and Malmö in Sweden; Bologna, Florence, Bolzano and Como in Italy and Salzburg and Linz in Austria.
