The Council of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Antwerp approved the preliminary design for the south sub-area of the Scheldt Bank Left Bank (Scheldeboorden Linkeroever) project. This includes Beatrijslaan, from Galgenweellaan to the border with the town of Burcht.
