ANTWERP | Redevelopment of the Paardenmarkt one step closer
The Council of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Antwerp approved the environmental permit for the redevelopment of the Paardenmarkt. This brings the implementation of this project of the Antwerp district closer. The works will start in the spring of 2025, if everything goes smoothly.

Flanders updates star classification for hotels
Flemish Minister of Tourism Melissa Depraetere (Vooruit) approved an adjusted star classification for hotels at the end of December 2024. Toerisme Vlaanderen will continue to use the star classification of the Hotel Stars Union for this purpose.
