The first phase of the redevelopment of the public space at Antwerp’s Droogdokkensite (Dry Docks Site) beyond ‘t Eilandje neighbourhood has begun. In addition, municipal real estate agency AG Vespa has started restoring the historic Pomphuis (Pump House) and renovating the Ketelmakerij (Boiler Factory). A new building will also be constructed for youth activities.
