CORONAVIRUS | Belgium introduces colour code for travel abroad

Belgium‘s Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched a colour code system for travel abroad concerning coronavirus COVID-19. The ministry updated its travel advice section.

As of 15 June, Belgium residents can travel freely again.

The system is straightforward. Green is ‘travel is allowed’. Orange is ‘travel is allowed, but subject to quarantine or other conditions’. Red is ‘travel is not allowed’.

Register

Belgium residents can also register their travel plans. It includes registering your actual travel plans, in case of emergency contact persons and your insurance details.
