ANTWERP | 2 million day tourists and 337K overnight stays in the summer of 2022
Antwerp welcomed two million day tourists and counted some 337,000 overnight stays in the summer of 2022, according to Alderman for Tourism Koen Kennis (N-VA). The Tall Ships Races, Tomorrowland in Boom, the Museum Night and Antwerp Pride are responsible for most of these visitors.

COVID-19 | Autumn booster vaccination starts on 12 September at Antwerp Expo
On Monday 12 September, the Antwerp vaccination campaign will start with the autumn booster in Antwerp Expo (VacCovid). The first invitations have been sent on 22 August. Every resident of Antwerp, Borsbeek, Wommelgem, Stabroek and Schoten from the age of 18 is given the opportunity to be vaccinated. The vaccination campaign will last eight weeks.

Antwerp’s Middelheim Museum rearranges sculpture park by the end of 2023
