ANTWERP | 2 million day tourists and 337K overnight stays in the summer of 2022

Antwerp welcomed two million day tourists and counted some 337,000 overnight stays in the summer of 2022, according to Alderman for Tourism Koen Kennis (N-VA). The Tall Ships Races, Tomorrowland in Boom, the Museum Night and Antwerp Pride are responsible for most of these visitors. 

Antwerp Culture Weekend 27 & 28 August 2022: programme, experiences and walking rallies

On Saturday 27 and on Sunday 28 of August, Antwerp starts the cultural year with the Cultuurweekend or Culture Weekend. Performances, talks, stories, workshops, exhibitions and more are organised to open your appetite for the coming cultural season, which in Belgium runs parallel with the school year.
