After starting our cruise in Stockholm, a first stop in Helsinki, two days in Saint Petersburg and a day in Tallinn, Riga was the last stop of the Baltic cruise with Royal Caribbean‘s Serenade of the Seas.
After Helsinki in Finland and Saint Petersburg in Russia, Tallinn in Estonia was the third stop of our Baltic cruise which started in Stockholm in Sweden.
Two days isn’t enough, really, to explore Saint Petersburg, the former capital and the cultural heart of Russia. But it’s what we had on the Royal Caribbean cruise of the Baltic Sea.
Travelling on and with a cruise, you sometimes get only a few hours in a city. Surely, we had time to spare in Helsinki, the capital of Finland, but we felt we had seen what was doable.
