TUI’s Mein Schiff launches ‘Rainbow Cruise: The Next Chapter – A Future of Unity’ for 2027

TUI‘s Mein Schiff has announced a new edition of its popular LGBTQIA+ themed voyage, ‘Rainbow Cruise: The Next Chapter – A Future of Unity‘, set to take place from 28 September to 3 October 2027 aboard Mein Schiff 2.

The five-night event cruise will sail round trip from Palma de Mallorca in Spain, with scheduled stops in Palermo in Sicily, and Cagliari in Sardinia, alongside two sea days designed for relaxation and onboard activities. Cabins are available to book immediately, with inside cabins starting from €1,099 per person.

Positioned as a celebration of diversity, openness and mutual respect, the cruise promises a mix of themed evening parties and a varied daytime programme. Guests can expect entertainment, talks, sports activities and community-focused events, all curated under the guiding theme ‘A Future of Unity’.

Mein Schiff 2 will be transformed into what the company describes as a “colourful feel-good ship”, offering an inclusive atmosphere for both seasoned cruise passengers and first-time cruisers alike.

High-profile LGBTQIA+ line-up

The cruise features an extensive line-up of well-known LGBTQIA+ artists, performers and personalities, including Conchita Wurst, Lucy Diakovska, Katy Bähm, Nomadic Boys, Couple of Men (Karl & Daan), Miss Ivanka T., Pam Pengco, and DJane Miss Thunderpussy (LOUT), alongside numerous DJs, performers and speakers from across the community.

As with other Mein Schiff cruises, the event includes a wide range of services at no extra cost, such as:
