ANTWERP PRIDE 2025 | Rainbow Rhythm – Queer Industrial Rave, Kavka Oudaan, Friday 9 August

The 18th edition (since 2008) of Antwerp Pride takes place from Wednesday 6 to Sunday 10 August 2025 in Antwerp. This year’s theme is “Do not just march! Listen. Understand. Commit”. Prides are a mix of celebration – parties – and activism and advocacy. For the 2025 edition, the organising committee focuses on belonging. Belonging to the society at large – the ‘outside world’ – but also belonging within the rainbow realm. 

On Friday 9 August, Antwerp’s Kavka Oudaan will host Rainbow Rhythm, a bold and unapologetic queer industrial rave designed to fuse music, movement, and identity. Positioned as one of the standout underground events of the summer, the night promises a visceral journey through sound and subversion.

This one-night event will feature five DJs delivering an intense blend of industrial, EBM, darkwave, techno, and experimental club sounds. While the full line-up is yet to be announced, the focus is clear: uncompromising energy, sonic experimentation, and a dance floor where every beat is a form of expression.

Rainbow Rhythm is more than a party. It is a space for radical inclusivity, built by and for the queer community. 

All queer identities, bodies, and expressions are welcome. The organisers emphasise a zero-tolerance policy toward discrimination or harassment, aiming to create an environment that is both affirming and defiant.

The atmosphere will be raw, gritty, and charged with gender-expansive freedom. Attendees are encouraged to show up as they are—or as who they wish to be—on a dance floor that celebrates transformation, resistance, and community.
