Starting in April 2025, Brussels Airlines elevates Business Class dining with a new experience. This transformation enhances every detail of the journey, from tableware to service flow, ensuring an elevated experience throughout their journey.
Starting 1 April, Business Class passengers will dine on a new tableware collection featuring organic, round shapes that create a natural and harmonious aesthetic. Crafted from fine chinaware, the pieces embody elegance, offering a luxurious dining experience at 30,000 feet.
The warm white base, complemented with a signature coloured bowl with blue and bronze accents inspired by the Brussels Airlines uniform, showcases timeless sophistication. To complete this refined setting, specially designed cutlery, shaped to subtly reflect the contours of an airplane, along with new linens made from an earthy yet elegant texture complete the experience.
A new culinary philosophy at altitude
Brussels Airlines continues to elevate the culinary experience. Earlier this year, a new partnership began with star chef Arabelle Meirlaen. Brussels Airlines now also looks to enhance the concept that offers guests the option to select a more elaborate cheeseboard, dessert or even fresh-cut fruit after the meal. On the flights to Brussels, the focus is on a seamless service and efficiency, a tailored service per destination to maximise onboard comfort.
A personalised, boutique hotel-inspired service flow
Beyond the menu and tableware, Brussels Airlines is also elevating its service approach. Inspired by the elegance of boutique hotels, meals will be presented in a more personal, hand-delivered manner. This refined approach creates an intimate atmosphere, ensuring each passenger enjoys a unique dining experience.

Investing over €100 million in a next-generation cabin
Brussels Airlines is not only refining the finer details of its passenger experience; it is also making a substantial investment in its future. As from 2027, the airline will gradually introduce a brand-new cabin across all classes – Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy Class.
This major cabin overhaul represents an investment of over €100 million, further underscoring Brussels Airlines’ commitment to providing an exceptional travel experience.
Additionally, the airline plans to renovate the award-winning airport lounge, The Loft, offering passengers an even more comfortable and stylish pre-flight experience.
“At Brussels Airlines, we believe that travel is about more than just reaching your destination, it’s about creating unforgettable moments. Our new tableware collection is designed to enhance the onboard dining experience, combining elegance with functionality. By partnering with top Belgian culinary talents and using the finest ingredients, we aim to turn dining into a highlight of the journey. We are also offering more than just a service, we see it as an opportunity for our guests to connect with the crew in a personal and memorable way. This refined dining concept, reflects our dedication to offering the highest standards of comfort, sophistication, and hospitality”, Sandy Coenen, Inflight Product Manager, at Brussels Airlines, says.
