BELGIUM | Beyond Darklands 2027, themed ‘The Ember Dunes’, from Tuesday 16 to Monday 22 February in Antwerp

Once upon a time Jeroen Van Lievenoogen started a kink and fetish festival called LeatherPride Belgium. That became Leather & Fetish Pride Belgium, and then Darklands, which was initially used to name the daytime activities. In 2026 the festival was rebranded Beyond Darklands. In 2027, Beyond Darklands will take place from Tuesday 16 to Monday 22 February in Sodom at the Scheldt, better known as Antwerp. This is earlier in the year than usual. The theme is ‘The Ember Dunes‘.

On Wednesday 13 May 2026 at 20:00 or 8 PM CEST, organiser Jeroen Van Lievenoogen revealed the dates for Beyond Darklands 2027. This marked the start of ticket sales and reservations for lockers. 

Activities

Ticket prices vary from 54 euros for the Daytime Festival to 279 euros for the Ultimate Alpha Pass. You can also buy tickets for individual parties: Storm, Fusion, Rage, and Fury. But on Wednesday, there’s the Homecoming Party.

The Horse Fair has limited availability and is very popular. “Saddle up for the infamous Horse Fair on Saturday. Last year’s edition sold out in days. The main darkroom becomes your stable. Mares (bottoms) enter blindfolded. Stallions (tops) follow in waves, hungry and ready. Our team of stablemasters will keep things safe, sane and sweaty.”

Hotels

A few “signature hotels” have already been announced. A-Stay, Holiday Inn Express Antwerp City North, and Hotel Jamingo offer special deals.
