Staying with my sister in Zug in February, I insisted on going up a mountain. We decided to go to the Mythenregion, around the Grosser Mythen and the Kleiner Mythen. Those are mountains in the vicinity of Schwyz in the canton of Schwyz.

My sister lives in Zug. After taking the Thalys from Antwerp tot Paris, the TGV Lyria to Lausanne and staying in Montreux, I used the GoldenPass Line in Switzerland. Starting in Montreux and ending in Lucerne (Luzern).

My sister lives in Zug, a town in central Switzerland. With low taxes, it attracts companies to have an head office there. With 30,000 inhabitants and 22km2, Zug isn’t big. Without visiting the museums, you can see the sights in less than two hours. Yet, it’s less dull than it sounds.
Antwerp to Zug by train
My sister lives in Zug, which means ‘train’ in German. So obviously, as a train enthusiast I took the train to Zug. Mit dem Zug nach Zug.
