No pride parade for Antwerp Pride for the second year in a row, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But the Pride Village at Operaplein offers a – hopefully – covid safe alternative.

“Come down to the brand new Pride Village on the Operaplein, the heart of Antwerp Pride 2021 on Saturday 14 August or Sunday 15 August. Find out more about our partner organizations at one of the partner stands, enjoy summer beats, rent a pair of roller skates to skate away from your worries or take part in one of our Pride Dates. The Pride Village on Operaplein is a meeting place for like-minded people from within and outside the LGBTQIA+ community. Admission is free and everyone is welcome to explore the rest of the city from the Pride Village”, Antwerp Pride says.

Pride Village is open on Saturday 14 August from 12 PM to 10 PM and on Sunday 15 August from 12 PM to 8 PM.

  • Recovery certificate. Proof that you have recovered from corona less than 6 months ago.
